Easy Fudge Brownies

A couple of years ago I came across this quick and easy fudge brownies recipe and I love it so much that I wanted to share it with you guys. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 bags)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

optional: 1/2 a cup of peanuts, walnuts, etc.

STEPS

  1. place chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl and pour the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips
  2. microwave for 1 minute then stir (if not melted heat until they are melted)
  3. pour the fudge into a nonstick pan
  4. put the pan into the refrigerator till it is completely hardened (about an hour)
  5. cut a slice and eat ­čÖé

Chocolate Mouse Pie with Oreos

I found this recipe on Pinterest but I modified it a little bit when I had first made it for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and I hope you enjoy it too ­čÖé

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of milk
  • 5 big tablespoons of Cool Whip (needs to be thawed)
  • 2 packets of instant chocolate pudding
  • Pack of Oreos
  • 1 (9oz) graham pie crust (can also use oreo crust)

Directions:

  • Mix instant pudding with 2 1/2 cups of milk in large bowl until it thickens
  • Spoon a small amount of pudding into the crust till it is an inch layer covering the bottom
  • Add 5 big tablespoons of Cool Whip to the rest of the pudding in the bowl and blend
  • Add the mixture to your pie
  • Add a layer of Cool Whip for topping
  • Add pieces of Oreos on top
  • Additional: drizzle chocolate syrup across the pie

Chili Recipe

So the other day I was hungry and I had a craving for some chili but not just any kind of chili, this chili is vegetarian. Even though it doesn’t have meat you can always add meat to it if you want. I make this chili for my family on occasions like football season or the Danial fast and they always like it. I wanted to post this because I want to share this yummy chili recipe with you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 29oz can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 3 cans of kidney beans
  • 2 carrots (sometimes I use diced carrots in a can)
  • 1 onion
  • half of a yellow pepper and green pepper
  • 1 cup of spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • dash of cayenne
  • dash of cumin
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chili powder

Directions:

  1. cut all the veggies and saute them
  2. then add the garlic continue to saute till the garlic produce a good smell
  3. add all the ingredients into the pot
  4. add the whole tomatoes
  5. add tomato paste
  6. add the seasonings
  7. add the chili powder
  8. let it simmer a few hours and stir it until it’s thick
